Corporate Engagement
Effective philanthropy is a team sport. It requires collaboration between charities and donors to accomplish mutual goals. I've led my teams to grow and excel in this space.
Increased productivity
We have increased cash qualified charitable distributions by 50% year-over-year each of the last four years to more than $2 million annually. We expect this growth to continue.
Strategy Setting
I have led our team in thinking more dynamically about prospective donors and gifts. This has led to a significant increase in gifts from assets, which are on average, larger gifts.
INNOVATION
Today's charitable giving issues require organizations to be adaptable and forward thinking. I have led the integration of big data, cryptocurrency, charitable registration, and estate administration initiatives and expanded capacity and donor options in turn.
I also developed a course on nonprofit law for the University of Dayton School of Law and taught it as an Adjunct Professor of Law in Spring 2025. Through that, I am helping young lawyers think more dynamically about the challenges that regularly confront exempt organizations.
